The site is provided for information. We keep it as accurate as we can but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Any figures shown as illustrative are examples, not promises of a particular result.

Our services

We build and deliver working automation systems — software, configuration and documentation. We sell delivered work, not advisory or staffing. The scope, price and deliverables of any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Ownership

On full payment for a project, the source code, accounts and access we create for it are yours.

Data and security

Where a project connects to your systems, we follow the principles stated on this site: read-only access where possible, your approval for anything with a legal or financial effect, and no storing of your credentials. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a separate data processing agreement governs it. How we handle data on this website is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms, and any engagement, are governed by the law of Georgia unless we agree otherwise in writing.
